I'm Deneen Grobes

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I learned just how fragile health can be. Treatment forced me to slow down, listen to my body, and confront the ways I had placed my own well-being last. I believed surviving cancer would be the hardest battle I’d face—but my journey wasn’t over.

Not long after, I went into septic shock. It was sudden, life-threatening, and transformative. In that moment, I realized tomorrow isn’t guaranteed—and health can no longer be optional or postponed.

That awakening became Good Day Good Health.
